SAS-Scandinavian Airlines will resume services to the US West Coast. SAS will add 6 x weekly Copenhagen – San Francisco service from 07 April 2013 using Airbus A340-300 aircraft.  “We see a favorable market situation in North America and a particularly strong demand in the growth area of San Francisco and Northern California,” Rickard Gustafson, CEO of SAS Group, said in a company news release.

SAS’ North American network also consists of New York-Newark, Washington-Dulles and Chicago-O’Hare all served with a mix of A340/330s.
