Travel Daily (Australia) (05JUL12 edition)  has exclusviely revealed that Qatar which recently launched Doha-Perth services is set to inaugurate services with the 787 (currently flights are operated with 777-200LR Worldliner) and increasing frequency from thrice weekly to daily from December 2012.  This was was revealed to the Travel Daily by QR CEO Akbar Al Baker at a Gala function in Perth on 04JUL12. Qatar Airways there will be the first carrier to operate commercial 787 services to Australia.
