The QANTAS/Emirates trans-Tasman arrangements will take effect from 14 August 2013. This include arrangements similar to what is already in place with the existing arrangements of the QF/EK partnership. Flights across the Tasman will be in code-share for both airlines and will include reciprocal frequent flyer benefits. The combined QF/EK offering will include around 130 weekly services to Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington and Queenstown.
