Effective 27 October 2013, Cathay Pacific will fly four times weekly to the Maldives. The new Hong Kong – Male flight will be operated by three class Airbus A330-300 featuring the new Business, Premium Economy and Economy cabins. Flights are times to offer suitable connections from Australia, SE Asia and the USA.
These new services offer new choices and will be in direct competition with Singapore Airlines which has operated daily Singapore – Male services for quite some time and has thus far been the only SE Asia carrier to do so.
